Course 1 : “Director Skills Development

TARGET POPULATION : Chairperson, Directors, Management (CEO, Chief Finance Officer, Chief Risk Officer, etc), Company Secretary, Legal and Compliance Officer, Internal Auditor

OBJECTIVES:

  • To raise awareness of the concept, practice and relevance of good corporate governance.
  • To provide the opportunity for serving directors to improve their skills in the boardroom through a practical and interactive approach that involves case studies, group work and discussions, as well as the prospect of sharing experiences.
  • To train participants about best practices for effective functioning of the board.
  • To gain insights into types of board committees, their importance, role and functioning.
  • To understand the critical concepts, important steps and analytical tools in managing firm-level strategy.
  • To appreciate types of risks, their interconnectedness, and key aspects in risk management.
  • To gain an understanding of Corporate Social Responsibility and the dynamics in corporate perceptions and approaches.

 

Course 2 : “Effective Customer Care”

TARGET POPULATION :   Any employee

OBJECTIVES :

  • To learn how to provide caring services to customers
  • To develop interpersonal skills and proper attitudes
  • To understand how you communicate
  • To learn how to read body language, expressions and vocal tones

Course 3 : “Le Français des Affaires”

PUBLIC CIBLÉ : Tout membre du personnel

OBJECTIFS :

  • Maîtriser les différents types d’écrit professionnel (notes, résumé, compte rendu, structuration des idées et articulation d’une argumentation)
  • Bien écrire, traduire et analyser des rapports, des discours et des articles de journal
  • Maîtriser les codes langagiers, sociaux et culturels
  • Acquérir des connaissances relatives au monde des affaires
  • Comprendre les relations commerciales entre Maurice et la France

Course 4 : “Gestion et Stratégie Commerciale”

PUBLIC CIBLÉ : Tout membre du personnel occupant une position de responsabilité

OBJECTIFS :

  • Comprendre l’approche globale du marché
  • Comprendre l’information commerciale
  • Comprendre l’action commerciale
