An economist by profession, Eric Ng Ping Cheun started his professional career in April 1996 when he joined Coopers & Lybrand, which later merged into PricewaterhouseCoopers. Besides acquiring six years of consultancy experience in these firms, he has worked in the corporate banking division of the State Bank of Mauritius, has been Adviser to the Ministry of Finance and then Business Development Manager at Capital Markets Brokers.

Eric has carried out several assignments in economic studies, financial analysis, market research, policy review, project management, corporate relationship and communication for enterprises in the manufacturing, commerce, hotels, banks and media sectors and for parastatal bodies.

Kris is an IT Specialist by profession but is also a strategic planner, starting his professional career as a Consultant in 1995 when he joined Deloitte & Touche.

He had wide experience in consulting, project management for five years. Besides, he has worked in the for various other companies from IT Manager , Security Consultant to Marketing and Commercial with an Axe towards Strategic Planning and market research.

Sawkut Rojid (read more ...)

Sawkut Rojid is an economist and has been involved in a number of national and international projects. His field of specialisation is, but not limited to, international trade and related issues. He has worked in a number of projects in diverse areas.

Sawkut is also a regional trainer accredited by IDS, University of Sussex for a training programme on analysing trade data in the EPA context.

Armand Lecordier (read more ...)

An accountant and a financial analyst, Armand Lecordier has worked for the State Bank of Mauritius, a leading local commercial bank, from June 1981 to November 2004. Throughout his long career as a banker, he was in charge of compliance, monitoring, project appraisal, relationship management and marketing.
